STEP 1: You need to fasten the Velcro at the end of the box spring cover. The Velcro is very strong so no worries about it coming off. STEP 2: For the first time install, need two men to pull the edge of the box spring cover to make the elastic belt to much loosen and not too firm to easy put on and curls up evenly. It's best to put your arm in the ring formed by the box spring cover so that it's easy to pull it hard. (This step is just needed for the first time install.)
