CHEATING! DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!I bought a Bookcase Style Black Finish King Size Storage Headboard. The seller put on a misleading picture on the web site with drawers under the bed. But actually the drawers are not included. I bought it because of the drawers showing in the picture. However after I received it, I found out the drawers were not included. I contacted the seller. But the seller does not give me refund saying the packaging has been open. Without opening the package, how can I find out the problem? The customer service is rude. Also the the quality of the product is poor. The head board has no support so it moves when you lean on it.
